Q: Hi there, I already registered for this tour (tour code 2-351). The departure date is March 31. I would like to know when we'll arrive in Vegas on March 31? I saw that you have some optional Vegas shows for us to watch. Can I attend none of them and have some of my own time in Vegas that night? And also around what time we'll be back from the Grand Canyon to Vegas on April 1? Thank you.

As per your itinerary on 3/31/13 you will leave Los Angeles and head to Las Vegas.Optional tours are booked through the tour guide while you are on the tour. If you do not wish to participate in certain tour activities, you can roam around the tourist attraction as you please. The tour guide will inform guests on the return time to the tour coach before he dismisses the group.
You will return to your hotel around 7:00PM-8:00PM after each attraction.

Q: Hi, firstly, my family and I are are looking at the 2-232 tour departing April 20th 2013. We are staying in Hollywood and are wondering how close to there or a metro station do you drop off after the tour? Secondly, what is the deal with the buy 2 get 1 free option? Does that only run until March 31st 2013, or will there be a new deal after that? Lastly, my family consists of 2 adults, 3 children. The closest location to the downtown metro station will be our:Our Buy 2 Get 1 Free is applicable on a shared room basis.
This means that if 3 people share one hotel room while on tour, the 3rd person will be free for the tour.
This tour has dates available for the complete year.
The maximum nuber in any room booked on tour is 4 people, regardless of age.
For your family of 5, you will need 2 hotel rooms while on tour.

We will not be able to provide any definitive information on parking facilities around any of the tour's pickup locations. Please be aware of the risks of leaving your car overnight at any facility and a paid parking facility will likely provide better security for your vehicle.

This tour is still available for the departure on April 1.This tour does not pick up guests from their hotels.
You can join this tour from LAX airport, even if you do not arrive by flight on the first day of the tour, or you can self-transfer to the first night's hotel, typically located 30-45minutes away from LAX.
